Medium Voltage Soft Start/Stop

The STRATA-NX Soft Starter is a product designed with the most advanced components to achieve maximum performance and reliability. The STRATA-NX provides all the features normally found in this type of equipment, including measurements and diagnostics. The Strata NX family of Soft Starters, for medium voltage motors, enables adjustable starting ramp, initiating the gradual transfer of energy to the motor until the programmed starting current is reached, maintaining this current until the motor starts completely, eliminating jolts in mechanical components and overload on the electrical network during startup.

Arc Flash Prevention Solutions

We offer industries first modular Arc Flash Prevention solutions for electrical safety. This solutions consist of Arc Detection along with Temperature Monitoring, Humidity Monitoring, and Ozone Monitoring to provide an Arc Flash Prevention solution. The objective is to prevent an arc flash incident from occurring. By the time you detect an arc, it is to late, this incident has already occurred. Today, traditional arc flash mitigation systems are implemented to detect an arc and attempt to close the breaker fast enough to minimize the effects of an arc incident. By this time, the incident has occurred and damage has incurred. Our approach is to continuous monitoring arc potential parameters and accurately determine abnormal conditions that would lead to an arc incident. This is Arc Flash Prevention. Through artificial intelligence, we will validate with measured data to assure we eliminate potential false trips. Various levels of integration, either through protective relays or as a stand-alone solution, can be setup to provide warning messages, such as thermal dispersion, ozone buildup, or moisture that would lead to an arc flash incident. This system provides seamless economical integration to Brownfield application for existing electrical infrastructures and easy integration to Greenfield applications for new constructed electrical infrastructures.
